I have lived at Springhaven since September 2004. Aside from my car being broke into, I have zero complaints. Management has always been nice to me, the location is great and my parking spot is always open. A few unsavory characters appear once in awhile but all in all, my experience has been well above average. One big benefit is residents get free access to the Addison Athletic Club, arguably one of the best health/fitness clubs I have ever seen (and I've seen a ton!)
