I moved in on March 1st and I like it. The floorplans are huge and its cheap. I would not call it ghetto because its no where near the ghetto! Maybe if you lived in the real "hood" you would see that it can get worse, and I have lived in worse. The staff is nice and seem pretty eager to help with whatever I need. I would reccommend it. the only problem is parking. All the spaces by my house are always taken. But I am not lazy so its definatly a good property.
