Getting bad

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
Lived here four years.
Last two years have been horrible.
Loud neighbors. Working on cars in parking lot.
Kids out late at night. Trash all over property.
Cars booming music all hours of the night.
Pools are disgusting; community pool.
Hot tub is filthy.
Walls are paper thin.
Dumpster often overspilled w/ trash.
Picking digging in trash.
Laundry facilities often vandalized.
