I have lived at Waterford Court for over 2 years and love it. I travel a lot with my job, so the location is the best. They have an on-site patrol officer who keeps an eye on things, which makes me feel comfortable since I am away a lot.
I have an attached garage and no one lives above or below me. I feel like I am in a private home. The pool is great and I have met many new friends there during the summers. Very laid back community. The staff has been great and the the few times I have had a maint. request, their guys are there within a couple of hours. Couldn't ask for anything more!
