My husband and I have lived here for over a year, and I must say that when Lincoln owned it, we never had any complaints. The grounds were immaculately kept, the maintence was speedy, and I never felt unsafe. Since the end of January, when the complex changed ownership, the our experience has changed completely. They mow the grass in the courtyards once every 2-3 weeks (which has attracted tons of field bugs), they have started towing cars left and right, and there was a burglary just last week. I used to really like it here, but we don't pay this much in rent every month to live in an unsafe and unkept apartment complex. We will NOT be renewing our lease.
