I am not sure why everyone is writing negative about this place. I have been here 4 years and have had no problems. Yes, the management has changed but the service is still wonderful. Actually, I think the ladies in the office are nicer than the old management. I don't know if the residents that are writing were getting special treatment from the old management but they need to grow up. And as for the "break-in" the guy is my neighbor and he told me it was someone he knew, NOT just a random burgulary. So don't let these ratings fool you, this place is great and the apartments are beautiful inside and out. It is so nice having an attached garage and I feel safe walking around here at night.

Do you think people will complain without any reason. Waterford Ct had very good ratings till last month. Do you think any management would give special treatment to few ?? I neither have a good nor bad opinion abt the new management. Infact I wont know it till I have some complaints. I would like to stay neutral but we can't trash other's opinions. Lincoln Staff were very courteous an polite. I dont think it is fair to say that the new ones are better. The Lincoln's staff were the best that I have ever come across.

Wow...I have never heard of this site until a friend of mine was looking for an apartment. He told me my place was on here, so I had to check it out. You guys have way too much time on your hands. Why the hate? You few who wrote negative about this place, why don???t you just move? No one is forcing you to stay here. I am very happy with Waterford Court. I have been here for 2 years. I work long hours, so I have never really known the office staff. I can say though, this place is truly a great place and until I buy a home, this will be home. I can???t help but wonder if the person complaining is the old blonde lady who walks the German Sheppard. (Current residents have got to know who I am talking about!) She is just a plain witch. Other than her, my neighbors who I do talk with on occasion agree with me. This place is great, just come by and see for yourself.

It???s always the miserable people who complain and don't get their way. Unfortunately, the people who live here seem to be a bunch of old whinny babies. Grow up, the new management is great and actually seem to care about things unlike the last manager who was here. He was worthless. Never in the office and never returned calls. So if it is alright for these people to complain, then ???addisongirl??? has the right to say this place is great. I just hope some new people will move in that aren't a bunch of cry babies!
