DO NOT RENT ANY PINNACLE PROPERTY. WATERFORD COURT MANAGEMENT AND THE EXECUTIVES AT PINNACLE PROPERTIES ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT CONSIDER TENANTS AT ALL. WHEN LINCOLN OWNED THIS PROPERTY, YOU ACTUALLY KNEW WHERE YOUR MONEY WAS GOING. NEW MANAGEMENT ARE VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE TOO. SERIOUS CAUTION TO ANYONE CONSIDERING RENTING ANY PINNACLE PROPERTY! BEWARE AND HEED THE TIMING THAT NEGATIVE COMMENTS BEGAN TO POST- IN 2006 WHEN THEY ARRIVED!
