I would be careful before moving into these apartments. They find anything and everything to charge you for something. The management and staff here are horrible. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone I know.

Waterford IS THE BEST PLACE YOU COULD EVER LIVE AT! People who are charged for something normally owe for it and are just bitter when they have to pay up and are irresponsable to think they shouldn't have to pay. I moved out of Waterford Court thinking that I found something better. It took leaving here to realize what I truly had. I just moved BACK to Waterford Court around 30 days ago because I realized that there was no other management staff willing to work so hard to make my home perfect. I know several tenents who have lived here over 8 years, and that says a lot for this place. My work orders have always been done the same day reported. I always get follow up calls and the entire staff is very professional and willing to do more then I'm sure they get paid for. I am over 50 years old and have lived at a lot of places and this is truly the best by far!!
