I have lived here for many months. Overall, I am very happy and it was recommended by a friend as the best apartment in Addison. I have heard about new management taking over in early 2006 and service being bad, but I see no evidence of it now. Location is good, quality of construction is OK, appliances are brand new, maintenance is very prompt and friendly, very silent too.

We have had problems with pet owners not cleaning up and that is the only negative I have noticed, but that is the bad behavior of the owners and nothing to do with the apartment.

I would recommend.
