I LOVE Waterford Court! I have been a resident for almost 5 years now and this IS my HOME. I have been with both management companies and as with any apartment home there is always good and bad. I understand some of the comments on here about the switch in management because no one likes change. I can tell you this that Pinnacle and the staff here at Waterford Court have been nothing but good to me. They are always very caring and willing to listen. The maintenance staff works reall hard and takes care of my needs very timely. Usually the same day I call something in. The office staff is always friendly and professinal and really cares about the residents and the property. It is very quiet here! My neighbors are excellent and it is a great place to come home to or have friends and family visit. I am proud of my home and all this community has to offer. I highly recommend it! Oh! The new management has made many improvements to both the inside and the outside of my home. I love the new paint colors! Thank you!!!!
