I moved into this place in the summer of 2006 and all was well. Property was maintained and clean and the staff was responsive. That is NO MORE. When I call to report a problem I feel like I have to speak Spanish for the office staff to understand me. The place is dirty now. I have had trouble with cockroaches and forget about the maintenance staff...they don't barely speak English and when they do bother to show up they are incompetent and do sloppy work. The pool has been having "maintenance" done on it several times this summer and was closed. The whole place has just gone completely downhill and I would not recommend it to anyone! I'm moving out as soon as I can. Oh, and they are very crappy about their parking policies and have a towing company sneak around in the middle of the night and try to tow as many cars as possible.

i know...i use to live there as well as a friend of mine. Her car was towed and it was in her assigned spot...i am so glad i moved out of there to the place i am at now...staff here is wonderful and they so many things to do for their residents
