Home for 4 years - I have lived at Springhaven since September 2004. Aside from my car being broke into, I have zero complaints. Hot as Hell Okay, I live in an upstairs apartment.
My air conditioner runs day and night and I cannot get the place cool. My electric bills are off the charts. It is raining outside and the sprinkler system is running and I am sure I am paying for that.
