Managment sucks - managment says one thing does somthing different we rented a apt in garden oaks and one in skipper point and the one in skipper piont we had to cancell they said that we were out all the money we had put down then they had greed to credit us back 100$ but it never happened the managment DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Home for 4 years - I have lived at Springhaven since September 2004. Aside from my car being broke into, I have zero complaints. Management has always been nice to me, the location is great and my parking spot is always open.
