	The sunset apartment are great except that ther is only one parking area for two bedrooms. And if some one come to visit they have to park close to the office and walk to your apartment

	If you have to live in Alice, this is where to live. Staff is friendly, maintenance gets done. Closets are huge! It's a little dated, but the best available in Alice (unless you qualify for government housing ironically)
