I am a new resident here at Auberry and I have come to realize that this place is not worth the money. Yes they have the nice carpet and the black appliances and nice countertops, but the walls and ceilings are very thin. I do have to agree withg one of the comments already posted, the maintenance staff is great. They are always on top of everything and are super friendly. The parking is horrible. You better race home after work, because if you don't get there by 5:30, expect to walk from another building. This isn't too fun when raining.

This must be a different place he's talking about. The Auberry at Twin Creeks was not built in 2006.
