These are some very nice apartments. They are a little overpriced. With the move-in specials the cost is fairly reasonable, but after the first lease there are no real renewal specials. I will probably be moving out at the end of my lease. Compared to my boyfriend's apt in Mckinney, I cant really justify my higher rent at Auberry. The parking is a little difficult, especially if you get home much after 5:30pm, but I've never had to park "buildings away" as other people here are claiming. At least where I am it is pretty quiet. Beautiful grounds took a beating with the summer heat, but they did their best to keep them looking nice. The staff is friendly, the maintainence guys are great. The pool is nice and isnt usually crowded with too many kids.
