This apartment complex has recently been sold to another owner. The entire complex is so different now both in appearance and professional staff. At least 20 or more resident families have suddenly decided not to renew their lease and move out during the month of March. Hopefully the new owners of the property will decide to not let the quality of the property go down and will instead maintain the high standards that were set by the previous company- Sentinel. They have removed the Starbucks coffee station in the Clubhouse as well as the water cooler that was in the fitness center and the jacuzzi is not functional now. The trash is not kept up with both around the grounds as well as at the trash compactor on the property. We also used to have once a month get togethers and functions for the residents, but not anymore. Hopefully they will go down on the rent here since the ammenities are not what they were when we first moved in just a year ago.

I agree... I have been complaining about all of those things for the last few months... maybe if everyone does that, we can finally bring about SOME resolution (see my posting on 4/12/07

the fitness center's cooler is back! :) looks like things are getting back to how they use to be. they have more staff now and it looks like they will stay on top of everything.
