I have lived here since Dec 2005. Moved in b/c of the amenities, clean property, and they have big kitchens and I like to cook. New management took over about 2 months ago. Only one staff memeber stayed and held it together through the change. The property's starbucks got taken out and the property's grounds went down. They have a manager now and a new maintence crew. I went in to complain and they garenteed me it would get better. I must say it has. The grounds are clean again, the fitness center has water again, and they told me they will be getting the starbucks back.
I know the staff there is working hard to maintain the property. I still would consider this a high class place to live. I talked with the staff about renewing and they are doing renewal specials for us. I will be renewing my lease for another 15 months. I haven't lived anywhere and been as happy as I have been in during my stay at Auberry for the past two years. I give this property cudo points!!
