My wife and I moved in last summer and were very pleased, at First!. Now we are under new managment and if its not one thing its another. Since the new managment has came in the switched water companies that are now charging for our trash, the other was not, its an extra $6.10 a month witch is not much but it make the bills go up. Do the math on how many residents I feel that we are being taken advantage of. Once again the Hott Tube is not working "SHOCKER". This has been a on going thing, Its very frustrating. When the people come and cut the grass they blow grass and all kinds of stuff on your patio, that is if you are on the First floor. We pay roughly about $1,200 a month and I feel that it is not money well spent,NOW. Under the new managment we will not be staying unless there are some drastic changes in the near future. One more thing we have requested 4 time now that our dishwasher is not working and that was about 4 months ago, so we have to was our dishes by hand, thats always fun.

We moved in on oct. 1, 2007 and to date Nov. 26,2007 everything has been wonderful. The place is beautiful and the staff especially Kodi has been exceptionally helpful and extremely nice.

You know, if you can't spell to well, then don't write something bad about someone else. And, how lazy have you become yo complain about handwashing your dishes?
