We have lived at Auberry at Twin Creeks a short time now. The apartments are only a couple of years old. But the place is a little unkept. For example, the workout room stinks the machines are rusty and there are dead bugs in an on the edges of the workout room. Its clear the machines are never wiped down. Also, there are never any towels or cups in the workout room, things which the girls up front said are always there. The breezeways are never clean. At our old apartment the breezeways were cleaned every other day. Here, there are dead bugs, grass, cigarette butts, and candy wrappers lying all over. The pool is either green or full of bugs and dirt. If you look in the skimmer pots they are full of bugs. Always bugs and leaves on the bottom of the pool. Maintenance is poor! We have a window that leaks when it rains. We requested maintenance for the window. No one showed up! Not even a call back. Maintenance told us they were going to replace the blinds almost 2 months ago, we haven't heard anything since then. The girls up front called us to ask if they could get a copy of our copy of the lease!' Evedently, they lost some of the pages of their copy of our lease. We just got a new bill as well. They tacked on a fee for water, sewer and garbage. This place is expensive. For the price you would expect a lot more. Save yourself a lot of trouble and get a house.

well guess what, the pool is usually clean, never dirty. the workout room is clean as ever and there are fresh towels and cups. now for that window, you cant always depend on other people to do things for you, God forbid you cant put tape over it till you get somene to fix it. guess what, they tell you at the front desk that you have a fee for water, sewer, and garbage. the breezeway is very clean in fact. and buy the way, WHO THE HECK LOOKS IN SKIMMER POTS?!

yes.........everything is the way you say it. I have lived here for over two years and nothing is like it was at the begining. The pool has gone green a couple of times, the fitness room is nasty, equipment is sweaty, the water container has been gone for months and towels never there. You complaint and they tell you "we just ordered, we are working on it, etc." bunch of lies, all they care is about collecting rent, they love you when you are a prospective renter but once you get in, you are on your own, just make sure yo pay your rent by the 3rd or get a notice to vacate. Another example of Corporate greed!
