Nice place to live

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
We lived in this apartment for one year (Jan-Dec 2007). We moved out only because we bought a new house. When the ownership changed in mid-year all around quality suffered a bit. However the new management and maintenance staff became very responsive in no time. We enjoyed our unit. One drawback is poor insulation. We recommend this place.
