I have lived here for 8 months and have had no major problems. The location is wonderful and the apartments are very nice. The rent is expensive but I feel that it is worth the price for the safe feeling the complex provides. My only complaint is that maintenance needs are not handled- I've had a broken ceiling fan, broken shower faucet, and a window off its track-for three months now. If you are expecting exceptional personal care this isn't the place for you, however if you are laid back like me then you will have no problems.
