Oh, Where do I begin' Well, I lived there with my mother and sister for a year. The first three months were great! We had moved there after a friend had refered us. Things soon changed - for the worst!

1. )People and thier pets - It was horrible! Not one person that lived near me picked up after thier animal, not one! there was so much feces, it was a health hazzard - you could litterally smell it in the apartment when the windows were closed! Especially when it is 112 degrees outside! Made complaints all the way through the last day....nothing.

2. ) NOISE!!! - Every morning i would wake up to the HOWLING of a basset hound. I complained for 3 weeks! and nothing was done about it. I lived on the bottom floor, well, the apt it was coming from was on the 3rd floor! That how bad it was! The only way i got that damn dog to shut up was to walk up there personally! The other "great" thing about that place was the college parties. right across the hallway. We complained about them, too, for the last 6 months. A party every Thu., Fri., & Sat. night. Sexual harrasment walking into and out of my apt. (It got to the point i had to have my boyfriend there all the time to walk me in) and when i did tell them off, the dumped all of thier empty trash from the weekend parties on my door step (which i would then get a notice about) and they would come out and remove stuff from the front of my door etc.. NOTHING was ever done! (did i mention my neighbors son got arrested 4 TIMES while i was there - nope, didnt see the cops, heard it through the walls!)

3. ) Parking - HA! HA! HA! its a joke. they rent an apt with 2 rooms to 5 college kids, who have at least 25 people over on the weekends...if u get home after 5, good luck, you wont even be able to call the towing company if they park in your PAID spot with out office permission!

4.) Maintenence - A Joke - My sink pipes leaked, and the water made everythiong mold...it got fixed after 6 MONTHS!! absolutley crazy! Its like pulling teeth just to get them to change you air filter!

Overall: I am hiring an attorney and sueing. I took pictures of the health hazardous feces, the pipes which molded the apt (that is a health violation) all the letters and complaints - i sent certified mail - they had to sign for it- always cover your butt!! (There are even books that tell renters thier rights!) Sure, its taking a while, but people like this need to stop taking advantage of people who are stuck living in apts. PLEASE! THINK BEFORE YOU RENT HERE!
