Kids are running this property and have no parental control around at all. Skateboarders fail to even watch for cars so be careful not to run over a kid or have a kid run into you. Neighbors are all complaining about office and problems they are haveing there. Trash builds up all weekend around dumpster and SMELLS BAD!! Must give 60 day notice and pay huge increase at end of lease if not renewing for another 14 months. VERY thin floors you can hear neighbors no matter how hard they try to be quiet. Month to month fee increases like 300 dollars!! Gates tend to stand open alot. Bugs can also be a problem. Thats about it
