Benton Pointe

 

The first time I visited Benton Pointe, I fell in love with it.

Nice grounds and really unique floor plans.

Once I moved in (after signing a 14 month lease), I realized quickly that it would be a long 14 months.

First sign of roaches came just days after moving in.

So every week when I clean my apartment, I also spray for bugs.

This has helped alot, but I still see them occasionally.

Second problem is the noise.

I live on the 2nd floor and I hear every step my neighbor makes.

I can hear the television or radio because the walls and floors are paper thin.

I actually heard my next door neighbor crying to her boyfriend on the phone, begging him not to break up with her.

Parking is ridiculous.

If you get home after 5pm, you have to park 4 buildings away.

The $25 covered parking is a wise investment considering the parking lots are not lit very well.

On the other hand, I have had no problems with the management office or maintenance.

Overall, I would not recommend living here.
