When I first moved in I loved it then things started happening. First my boyfriend came to visit and his truck got broken into. When I called the office they pretty much could care less. According to the police it happens quit a bit. Then my apartment flooded. The service I got was terrible. It took them a day and half to start drying my carpet. They came in to fix and made the problem worse. I could not stay in the apartment because of the smell and all the work they had to do. The complex didn't offer to put me up anywhere. I had to stay out of my apartment for 4 to 5 days for them to fix. When they were done and I went back, the apartment still smelled horrible. They to come back and fix. The leak happened in the walls, so black mold will most likely start to form. They did the bare min. fix the problem. When I talked to management and wanted some kind of compensation the manager told me no and "things happen." The leak was caused by when the apartments were being built and they pierced a pipe with a nail gun and it rusted over time..why didn't fix the problem then and there who knows' Then my rent went up after I was told when I signed my lease that once I signed I would always have the same rent. Not the case. I would never live here again or would I encourge anyone to live here either. The customer service I recieved was horrible and I feel sorry for the person who has to live in the apartment I lived in and the whole building because that leak was not taken care of properly and the fact that black will form was the main reason I moved out.
