I have seen just about every apartment in Allen, Plano, and McKinney in the last month and Benton Pointe has the best deal going. I move in on July 1st so I don't know too much about the complex but I was invited to the annual pool party (nice of the office to invite me) and everyone that I met loves it there. They have alot of activities for the residents and the grounds are beautiful.
It is worth your time to check it out.
