Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I have been living here for a couple of years and we have a nice place. Since the management has changed, the place is cleaner and the "neighborhood" is better quality. The other people that have added comments on this site that have been fined are upset because that can not leave trash by their front door anymore and now have to respect quiet hours after 10:00pm. Benton Pointe is the type of place that I can now comfortably live for a long time. Worth the time to come out and take a look.
