I moved to Benton Point in 2003 and would still be there today if I had not moved to another state! I never had any problem with management, they were always very courteous and helpful. Maintenance usually showed up as planned, and were prompt to respond even at night or on the week-end. ( I did have one instance where I had a problem with a leak in the roof, but it eventually was taken care of). I lived on the 3rd floor, so noise was generally not a problem. Every once in a while, a loud tenent would move in near me. I would just knock on their door if things got out of hand. If I could not resolve the problem I would inform management. I did have a group of partiers living across from me at one point. Again, the problem was eventually resolved when Management would not renew their lease. Also the children running up and down the stairs on the week ends was sometimes a little loud. Unless you paid extra for covered parking, spots were hard to find late in the evening. (I paid the extra fee for covered parking) They had just added speed bumps before I left the state, and they helped somewhat with the crazy drivers. The grounds were always well cared for. Overall, Benton Pointe was a great place to be. People have to remember you are in a complex, not your own single family home. There will always be a noise factor to consider, children playing, parking issues, etc. It is a fact of life with apartment living.
