I lived at Benton Pointe in 2005-2006 for 13 months.

The only reason I moved is because I bought my own condo.

Unlike others, I had no qualms with the management, parking, noise levels, etc...I do reccommend buying a parking spot for $25 a month (it may have gone up by now).

No one ever parked there, and my visitors rarely had any problems finding a spot.

I'm a single lady and always felt safe walking my dog at night.

There are plenty of trash cans and baggies to pick up your dog poo (though not everyone did).

Everyone in the office was always curteous towards me, and any maintenance request was taken care of in a timely manner.

Maybe it depends on who your neighbors are, but I had no problems with Benton Pointe or it's management.
