I was just bumbling through these reviews and wanted to leave one of my own. Its funny to sit here and laugh at the people who write bad reviews...(obviously its because they got a notice about something they did but shouldn't have done!) I have lived at Benton Pointe for 5 years now and love it. I have looked around to move but love my floorplan so much I can't find anything compareable for the price. Management has changed once since I have been here and that is good considering the one right down the street has changed like 5 times in like what a year!! I like the fact that management has gotten control of the trash cuz it was getting bad. For the people who leave their trash out by the front door think about your neighbors. We don't want to smell your trash until you finally decide to take it away!!! It was embarrassing to invite people (boyfriend, family) over to my apt b/c so many people leave trash out. Would you leave it by your front door for a long time if you were in a house'' AS for noise I have some but not bad enough to complain about. ITS AN APARTMENT!!! If you want peace and quiet buy a house!!!! I LOVE everyone in the office they are great... and if they aren't then you have to ask yourself why'' Obviously it's you and how you act towards them!!! Every work order I have been put in has been taken care of that day or the next!! The property just gets better and better! But anyways, I am done I love it here at Benton Pointe and am sorry for those who don't!!! Your not going to find an apartment out there that is PERFECT all the way around!!!

During my 2yrs I never once got a "notice about something I did but should't have done". I am offended! Especially management treated me so because of "obviously me or how I acted towards them". In my opinion the property did not get better and better but mangement and rent got worse and worse! Not only did I find an apartment that is "PERFECT all the way around" but spanking new! lol
