We just moved to Benton Pointe this past summer and I must say that it has been so much better than at our previous apartment complex in McKinney. Here, someone actually comes to fix things within a day or so when you put in a work request. Trust me when I say that isn't always the case elsewhere. The people in the office are helpful, but sometimes scarce on the weekends. I only wish the parking lot was more lit at night, but Allen isn't exactly a rough town, so it's not really an issue. I will say that we've had an off and on bug problem. I don't know if it's because of the dry weather or what, but they're seemingly immune to insecticide.
