I am moving out of these apartments, though I do love it here.

I love the area.

I love the creek nearby, it is a sacred place for me.

The layout is lovely, not boxy.

I like the people in the office.

So why move' Mainly, the prices are too high.

The management gives you a $250 a month discount if you pay your rent on time.

I forgot twice now and it bothers me to pay such a steep fee.
