Honestly other than the management consistently getting me mixed up with other apartments I have no other complaints. I have lived here for 2 yrs now. Two days after I moved in I received a notice to vacate for non-payment of rent. .that should have been my first clue. Since then (even though I pay my rent on time--if not early) I am constantly getting phone calls or letters on my door about not paying rent, bounced checks (that aren't even mine), etc. Sometimes they have even applied my rent to someone else's account and I have had to show them my processed check as verification. Too many hassles and rent increase are the main reasons I am moving. However, I do love the area, the neighbors, and the community!

I understand this. Our very first month living there they called me to say that we had not paid rent, when my husband handed them the check personally. They charged our rent to another apartment and I had to go to my bank and get the verfied processed check to prove we paid our rent and they had already cashed the check.
