I lived there 2 years. It was ok - until I moved out. Management tried to charge me for re-painting, replacing miniblinds, all kinds of bogus charges. Wanted $1300 !! I didn't pay, now trying to get it off my credit record. Watch out - management is a bunch of shysters...

I know what you mean by this. After living there for 2 years and paying every month. We called them and talked about buying out of our lease. Well, we found it cheaper just to stay there and wait it out. Then when we moved out they said that since we didn't give them a written notice of our leaving we owed 2 more months rent. When they knew 4 months ahead of time that we were moving. Now we are dealing with that on our credit.
