After reading some reviews, it is apparent that some people only seem to write reviews when they have a grievance, or complaint.

I have lived at Benton Pointe for more than three years. It is a quiet, and safe place to live.

Management IS responsive.

Maintenance will respond, even on a weekend.

If some tenant has seen rats; well, I have seen rabbits, a raccoon and a bobcat.

This area is still rural.


It's a good place to live.
