Benton is an average apt complex.

Nothing makes it stand out above and beyond any of the others I have lived in.

Maintenance was great when I moved in but 2 yrs later policy has changed and maint requests have to be done in writing and seems to be a slower response time but typically things still get taken care of within 2 business days.

Parking for guests is pretty difficult and not truly adequate for the size of the community and garage rent is a bit high.

Price of the apartment itself initially was great with prorated in specials and I hope it stays around the same, moving every couple of yrs to avoid the rent spike is no fun.
