This place is great. I've lived here since Oct 2008 and I really like it. It's sooo close to everything, several different banks, grocery stores, lots of restaurants, and HWY 75. Parking is fine, I have a garage, but I always see plenty of empty spots. I don't get why there are so many rants on here...I really haven't had any problems at all. Others commented that it's not safe'...obviously we are NOT in the ghetto, and anyone who thinks it is, has never really had to experience living in a bad neighborhood. It's freakin' Allen for crying out loud! My one qualm would the lighting at night, we could stand to have a few more lights. These apartments are nice, and I would recommend them. If you are looking for an apartment that is not as OLD as time, and with pretty interiors, rent here!
