For the money, you can find better. Utility bills are quite high in both summer and winter. You are forced into using CoServ as an electric company, so you have no choice in the matter. Walls are thin, and you WILL hear your neighbors. The grounds are nice and kept up well. Although there is constantly dog poop in the main courtyard, so watch your step!
