We've had some issues with this place. Our apartment wasn't ready on our move in date. They were supposed to paint out "accent" wall in Dec. It is now July and they have yet to do though I have asked 5 times that it be done. I can deal with that. The biggest problem is the bugs. I have had the apartment exterminated twice now and still..there are countless number of spiders, wasps nests and silverfish among other random bugs. I have even found a black widow in my living room.

To be fair, most of the time it is quiet. I haven't had many issues with the parking and the grounds are nice. All things considered, it's over priced for sure.
