This is my first apartment since i moved to dallas. i have been here almost a year now. the ONLY reason i am moving out is because my company moved locations :( i absolutely love benton pointe. it is so close to so many places and is beautiful. maintnance always fixed things the day of except for once but it was the day after i requested. no big deal. i wasnt able to pick up my package one day before they closed so i called and someone took my package to my apartment for me :)my neighbors were very nice and it was always quiet. very friendly staff....maintnance included
