Staff is friendly...maintenance is good. However, limited availablity of Direct TV connections (all TV must be on same channel) because owner won't spend money. No garage remotes because owner won't spend money. Can get loud at times. No patios so people spend a lot of time in front of there house.

it can be but not all the people that live there are ghetto i am a single mother with 3 kids and i don't qualify for asssistance so this is in my budget. I have met alot of nice people that disciple their children and take pride in where they live.

while there are certain elements in the community I could do with out. And the kids are loud. In three years I have never had my car even scratched or anything hurt or stolen. You can't say that for some of the best areas in town!
