We have been paying the rent on time and they charge more money for water and giving us limited cable from directv which we wouldnt get dishnetwork or anything it has to be thru their company which is so fukked up they just want to save more money... I've reported many repairs and they never came to fix it. I had to constantly come by everyday before i go to work and after work to remind them to get the damn things fixed. THey will rip u off with fukkin ridilicious charges like if we dont pick up the cig butts we would be charged 100 bucks and we got a plastic ashtray so we wouldnt throw it out and they tried to charge us more money for having plastic ashtray that can be flammable which is so bullshyt. They charged us 3,000 dollars in damages to the carpet *which was my fault i have a puppy that torn like 12x12 inch into the carpet and blamed us for not having it properly maintenced which is full of bs. the only major repiar was the water leaking from the 2nd floor bathroom/washer/dryer room went thru 1st floor living room and master bathroom and they never cleaned it for like 2 months till the white girl from the apartment but not Tori (shes awesome and understanding) she came by to see the apartment damages and was extremely shocked and had to report a emergency repair and they just came by to press towels onto the carpet and dry it up and they put new paint into the bathroom which the drywall was damaged and needed to be removed due to mildrew. im glad i moved out beacuse i really hate the service from the maintenence team and the property managers theyre such a assh0les!!!!!!!

The charges are not true I moved in a few months after they opened the place and have never been charged for anything other than late fees or a bounced check which was my fault and they actually work with you on that. as far as the fines go they do let you know about the trash that is left in front of the dumpster it's $35.00 a bag I don't know about the cig butts I don't smoke so I'm not sure.
