The complex itself is small and there are little dramas throughout, the kids are out at all times of the nite and are disrespectful, there is only one compactor for the whole community which they never compact enough and they charge you 35 bucks if you leave your trash on the ground by the dumpster. The police are there nightly arresting someone for something or breaking up a fight or enforcing the 9 pm curfew on the GROWN rent paying residents. The grounds are well kept always but that is because Tyrone the maintenance man does a wonderful job. Walls are thin, parking sucks and management is rude. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I guess it's personal cause these are not the Chaparral Townhomes I live in...nothing that you mention goes on were I live in the townhomes.

I STAYED IN DERE FOR ALONG TIME AND I LIKE THE ACTION THAT WAS GOING ON REALLY IT IS A GREAT PLACE FOR LITTLE KIDS AND PEOPLE STAYED OUT LATE CUS WE CAN AND CANT NO-ONE STOP US DA POLICE TRIED BUT DID THAT WORK HELL NO SO DATS UR OPINION AND IF U DONT LIKE CHAPARRAL DONT TAKE UR DUMB ASS THERE
