Rude, noisy neighbors. No respect for anyone. Loitering in the parking lots in front of the units being disrespectful, loud and vulgar. Driving through the parking lot with the music on so loud your windows vibrate. Curfew is not enforced. I felt intimidated by the demographics and unsafe to even walk to take out the trash or check mail. Used to be a nice place to live. What happened'

Anytime someone new visits we have to drive them through this mini ghetto. Open drugs, thugs, and ganstas in full effect! What sucks is, people that live there are there for one reason. To spread their crime to the beautiful city of Allen. Can the city condemn this place, being so new?
