We have been here less than a year and it has been the most horrible experience and mistake that we have ever had and made. Utilites costs are thru the roof - theromostat sticks-they have yet to fix - their response was "Thermostat is old". Aplliances do not work most of the time - constantly calling for repairs -weeks before they show up and week later they are broken down again. Trash is picked up only once a week - which you can find at anytime trash all over the place, including in front of my door - SANITATION IS NOT A CONCERN OF THEIRS -WHO ARE THE OWNER'''''' P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
