This is considered a low income apaertment complex, so you must expect that the neighborhood will reflect that. When we were there, there were shootings, and beatings. It was like living in a prison. Curfew at night. Drugs. Guns. Requiring that children had to have a parent watching them at all times outside and not enforcing it. Never compacted the trash enough. Very little extra parking. Bad neighbors. All in all. If you are having financial issues and don't mind a rough neighborhood, then go for it. Otherwise, find somewhere else.

There was a shooting not shootings and it was directed towards one perosn not just a drive by yes there has been a few fights and i witnessed one towards a person that didn't live there and came up looking for trouble. it's not like living in a prison because you have a choice to leave I have neighbors on either side of me that are wonderful people and they are in the process of removing trouble makers and having it the way that it was when i first moved here.

well we just moved here..and it is not just for low income..it does accept them but if you don't qualify then you must pay full price..so if you think $1300. is cheap then you must have very high standards and a lot of money we like it here the neighbors haven't bothered us at all!..there are kids but what place doesn't?..it quiets down outside about 9p.m. and I can never hear anything outside unless i'm out there. And as far a the trash this is the thing..there is one trash compactor..which is for ALL trash then there are two recycle bins..which people misuse by putting in trash?!?..now that that's clear..I would not go on these ratings at all as for your decission on moving here..just look at the numbers compared to the thousands that have lived here. The ones that post I think are the ones that got booted out and are hatin.:)

Never lived there but checked them out a couple months ago with the allen police department and received a report several pages long. Didn't appear to be a safe environment for children. Marked this one off my list.

I lived right behind this complex and I have to say it's a scary place. The kids never go to school, they just wander the neighborhood. The delivery guys will no longer go to this complex because it has become so unsafe. I don't doubt that you recieved a report that long, actually I'm suprised it wan't longer.

You know I was one of the first residents to move in when they were first built and they were nice, if a bit small and the management was on point but once they got rid of Stacy, it all went downhill from there. Once more people moved in, it got louder and rowdier, the kids mob around all day and don't have any regard for cars that come through, though in all fairness, they speed like there's no kids on property. I moved out about two years ago because it just got out of hand. After the shooting on property and the many fights that took place, I just decided we couldn't do it anymore. It was the most ghetto place I have ever lived. For a time, it was a closeknit community and the neighbors all knew each other and got along and we used to cook and invite everyone over but as new people came, drama ensued and it just got worse and worse. I don't recommend it to anyone simply because the class of people that are allowed to stay and lease is terrible. This is not race specific it's people.

All the people here are right execpt for the guy who's paying 1300$ and says is the tenant's fault. This place is not good for a family to feel safe and feel treated fairly, maybe if you paid full price them you'll be treated nice, but in our case we qualify for the helped and our apartment sucks. That is not our fault the fact that we qualify for help doesn't mean that they are doing it becasue they are nice but because they are also getting the benefit of it. They are RUDE capital letter rude. Manager is never avalible they said they will repair things and never do. I'm getting out here ASAP
