I have lived here for a little over a year now. I can definately say the new manager has cleaned things up. There is no bad side of the community anymore. She really has kicked alot of the ghettoness out. She has rules that are really strict like my kids can't be outside after 9, and i think that is excessive but we are obeyinng them because i don't want to be kicked out. i like that this summer i can actually take my kids to the pool because the kids can't be there unless an adult is there. kids aren't sitting on green boxes any more. they also have alot of fun activites for the residents. my kids love the summer lunchs. new maintenance staff is really good, fix my problems really quick. for a single parent this is a great place to live and i feel like the office cares about my safety.

I know what she means by ghettoness, not the best choice of words but she means all the trouble makers, race was not the problem it was bad parenting skills and the kids running rampant and destroying anything nice the community had to offer, I love the new management, thats the reason we stayed after we moved in and noticed all those trouble makers but a few months went by and I could see them being evicted and thats the parents fault. I have small children I am glad they can play outside at the park and not be worried someone is going to run off with their bike or ruin my car in the parkinglot anymore.
