I lived at Cottonwood Creek Apts in Allen TX from July 1989 until SEP 1992! I moved into a house in SEP 1992; or I would have stayed at these apts. Cable TV is now available! You have your own water heater in each apartment. Ceiling fan connections in living room. Fireplaces in most. Nice kitchens, with frost-free fridges with ice makers! Management really takes care of their residents, and management does not tolerate rough-housing residents, or trouble makers. Very decorative apartment grounds! On-site laundry facility! Mail boxes at the laundry room area. Apts have spacious floor plans, walk-in closets, full washer/dryer connections, private patio or balcony, well lighted grounds, grounds kept up well, plenty of parking; clubhouse with fireplace, several pools, and close to all that Allen TX has to offer. Oh, French doors to the patio or balcony. Washer/dryer connections are in a utility room off of your kitchen. Nice apartments, at a nice price.

THIS REVIEWER IS EITHER THE MANAGER TRYING TO POST A POSITIVE IMAGE OF THIS GARBAGE HEAP OR SMOKING CRACK. PLUS CHECK OUT THE YEAR IT WAS WRITTEN. THE ONLY THING THE STAFF TAKES CARE OF IS THEM SELVES. THEY SMILE, WHILE LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH @ A MEXICAN RESIDENT WHO CAME IN WITH A REQUEST TO GET THE RACOONS OUT OF THE CEILING & WALLS & THEM THEY TOLD THIS CUTE LITTLE WHITE CHICK THEY WOULD GET RIGHT ON IT WHO HAD THE SAME COMPLAINT. THAT IS SOOOOO WRONG. THEY ARE SELFISH BIGOTS & SHOULD ALL BE FIRED. THE GROUNDS HAVE LITTER & TRASH BLOWIN ALL OVER ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. THERE IS A TREE & CLIPPINGS THAT HAVE BEEN PILED UP IN THE MAIN YARD THERE FOR OVER 5 MONTHS. ALL YOU GET FROM THESE BLOCKHEADS IS EXCUSES, SMOKE, & MIRRORS. GO ANY WHERE ELSE BUT HERE. IT SHOULD BE CONDEMNED. GO BY & LOOK @ THE BALCONIES ON 98% OF THE BUILDINGS & YOU WILL SEE THEM SLANTED WITH SUPPORT POSTS MISSING UNDER SOME OF THE BALCONIES & STAIRCASES.
