Apartments have foundation problems that though know to exist by the management company have not been corrected.
Maintenance is usually patch-up jobs, not fixing the problem.
No covered parking but in an area that frequently has hail storms.
Some buildings have animal issues. (racoons in the ceilings).
Flooding in heavy rain.

I TOTALLY AGREE. THESE CRETONS HAVE MAJOR ATTITUDE & WORK ETHIC PROBLEMS. GREAT PLACE TO BEAT A FAMILY MEMBER OR BUY DRUGS OR DUMP YOUR OWN GARBAGE ANY TIME OF DAY, JUST DRIVE BUY & DUMP. ITS THAT EASY.

Personally I did not live there, I applied several times because of the location and was treatly rudely every single time by manager - she needs to work on people skills and i guess her boss doesn't care because she smiles and just sits there letting the other lady be rude to people and etc. I've heard it is not safe to be walking around there at night as well as noise issues.
