I haven't had any problems so far, and it's been almost a year. I like the floor plan because it's larger/roomier than the newer apartments next door. Maintenence has been pretty good. (A little slow at times). The office staff is friendly. My neighbors are all great. No noise problems except the high school band practice and football games in the fall. I don't like that there is no covered parking, though. But I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive but nice place to live.

I THINK THIS RESIDENT HAS MOVED OUT, BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS COVERED C LITTER. STAFF BLAME IT ON THE RESIDENTS, "ITS CULTURAL - THEY DONT KNOW ANY BETTER." SAFTY HAZARDS: THERE IS SOME PLAY GROUND EQUIPMENT THAT IS BROKEN C ROUGH WOOD & RUSTY NAILS EXPOSED. MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH RACOONS THAT ACTUALLY LIVE INSIDE THE WALLS OF SEVERAL OF THE BUILDINGS & ALL YOU WILL GET FROM THE STAFF IS EXCUSES AS THEY SMILE & HOLD THE DOOR FOR YOUR EXIT. A FALLEN TREE & TREE/ BRUSH CLIPPINGS HAVE SAT OUT IN THE MAIN YARD OF THIS COMPLEX FOR MORE THAN 5 MONTHS - JUST MORE EXCUSES. I MOVED OUT. PUT THESE CLOWNS & BIGOTS OUT ON THEIR CANS.
